Spring is Time for Change

Are you looking for a fresh start to a healthier new you? Spring is here and now is the time to do it! Out with the old...in with the new!

This week I had an 80-yr old lady in my office. She really made me think about how important it is to take care of yourself and to know your body.  She was in great shape; healthy skin, good tone and was overall a really pretty lady! Wow! I thought all this at 80! Dang!

It's so easy to go through your days thinking and doing for everyone else. Now, it's time to take a step back. Look in the mirror. Consider looking at the real image looking back at you. Get out and get a bit of exercise. Eat more nutritious foods, get a massage, stretch, read a book, laugh with friends, get yourself outside. Or, do what I like to do best: go to the beach! It all feels good. Change feels good.

It's time to celebrate your life. Start this day by doing something healthy for your body and mind. Do something that you can continuously enjoy thoughout life. To change you have to make a change.  You have one body, one mind, and so many options.  Don't allow yourself to grow old without knowing you did your best, and experienced the best you can do for yourself.

 It's on you. Spring into a new and healthy you, because without your health there is no real life in your days.
